Link a Cashfree Account
Cashfree is available to eligible India-based sellers with an approved Cashfree merchant account. Depending on your Cashfree setup, buyers can pay by cards, UPI, net banking, bank transfer, wallets, or pay-later methods.
Before you begin
- Complete Cashfree merchant onboarding and account verification.
- Disconnect any other active 3DIMLI payment gateway.
- Keep your App ID and Secret Key private.
Find your Cashfree credentials
- Sign in to the Cashfree Dashboard.
- Open Developers -> API Keys.
- Copy the production App ID and Secret Key.
Connect Cashfree to 3DIMLI
- Open Dashboard -> Settings -> Payment Gateway.
- Select Cashfree.
- Enter the App ID and Secret Key.
- Copy the webhook URL shown on the Cashfree gateway card.
- In Cashfree, open Developers -> Webhooks, add that exact URL, and enable payment notifications.
- Save both settings and confirm Cashfree shows as connected in 3DIMLI.
Webhook required
Checkout confirmation and order updates depend on the Cashfree webhook. Do not change the URL or reuse a webhook URL from another store.
Never share your Secret Key or paste it into the webhook field.
Currency and checkout
Cashfree supports both USD and INR store currency in 3DIMLI. Checkout charges the store's current currency, subject to the payment methods and currencies approved for your Cashfree merchant account.
Refunds
Start eligible refunds from the 3DIMLI order or refund workflow. The refund uses the Cashfree account that processed the payment.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to check |

| Credentials are rejected | Confirm you used the production App ID and Secret Key from Developers -> API Keys. |
| Payment remains unconfirmed | Confirm the exact 3DIMLI webhook URL is active in Cashfree. |
| INR is not available in Store Settings | Confirm Cashfree is connected and active, then reload the settings page. |
| A buyer payment method is missing | Check whether Cashfree has enabled it for your merchant account. |
