Link Paystack Account
Paystack lets eligible African sellers connect their own Paystack merchant account to 3DIMLI. Buyers pay through Paystack hosted checkout, and payments are processed by the seller's Paystack account.
Gateway availability
Paystack appears only when the platform admin has enabled it for sellers.
Before you start
You need:
- A Paystack merchant account.
- A Paystack Secret Key.
- Optional Paystack Public Key.
- A charge currency supported by your Paystack account.
- Access to Paystack dashboard settings so you can paste the webhook URL.
Supported charge currencies in the 3DIMLI setup flow include NGN, USD, GHS, ZAR, KES, and XOF.
International payments
Foreign cards require Paystack international payments to be enabled on the seller's Paystack account. Digital-goods sellers may need extra Paystack review before that approval is granted.
Connect Paystack
- Go to Dashboard -> Seller Settings -> Payment Gateways.
- Find Paystack and click Connect.
- Paste your Paystack Secret Key.
- Paste your Public Key if you have one.
- Choose the Charge Currency for your Paystack account.
- Copy the Live Webhook URL shown in 3DIMLI.
- In Paystack, open Settings -> API Keys & Webhooks.
- Paste the 3DIMLI webhook URL into the Live Webhook URL field and save.
- Return to 3DIMLI and finish connecting.
Refund note
Issue refunds from the 3DIMLI refund tools when possible. Refunds made directly in the Paystack dashboard may not update the 3DIMLI order automatically.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Secret key rejected | Use the correct Paystack key for the current environment. Production requires a live key. |
| Currency rejected | Confirm the selected currency is enabled for your Paystack business. |
| Buyer payment is delayed | Confirm the webhook URL was saved in Paystack and the order is not still awaiting provider confirmation. |
| Foreign card does not work | Confirm Paystack international payments are approved on your Paystack account. |
