Link PayPal Account


Connect your PayPal Business account to receive payments from product sales on 3DIMLI. PayPal is the only gateway that supports multi-seller checkout, allowing buyers to purchase from multiple sellers in a single order.


PayPal

PayPal connects using your merchant ID and PayPal email. Once connected, payments from product sales are sent directly to your PayPal Business account; 3DIMLI does not hold funds.

Requirements

  • A verified PayPal Business account (personal accounts are not supported)
  • Your PayPal Merchant ID
  • Your PayPal email address

How to Connect PayPal

  1. Go to Settings → Payment Gateways in your seller dashboard.
  2. Click Connect on the PayPal gateway card.
  3. Enter your PayPal Merchant ID.
  4. Enter your PayPal email address.
  5. Click Save to complete the connection.

You can find your Merchant ID in your PayPal Business account under Settings → Business Information → PayPal Merchant ID.

When Connected

You will see:

  • Merchant ID and email displayed on the gateway card
  • Verification badge confirming the connection
  • Disconnect button to remove the gateway

Multi-Seller Checkout

PayPal uniquely supports checkout with items from multiple sellers in a single order. Each seller receives their payment directly: buyers see one combined order while payments are split across sellers automatically.

Disconnect PayPal

Click Disconnect to remove PayPal from your store.

If you disconnect your payment gateway and have no other gateway connected, your product listings will be hidden from the platform and you will stop receiving new orders. Existing buyers who have already purchased your products will still be able to access and download them. Once you connect a payment gateway again, your store and listings will be restored.


Rules and Limitations

  • One PayPal account per seller profile at a time.
  • The same PayPal merchant ID cannot be linked to two different 3DIMLI seller profiles simultaneously.
  • Due to RBI regulations, PayPal accounts registered in India cannot currently receive seller payments.

Best Practices

  • Use a verified Business account to ensure smooth payment processing.
  • Keep your merchant ID and email up to date to avoid missed payments.
  • Monitor your PayPal dashboard regularly for transaction alerts or disputes.
  • Respond to refund requests within 48 hours: unaddressed requests are auto-approved after 7 days.
