Link Octo Account
Octo lets eligible sellers connect their own Octo/Octobank merchant account for hosted checkout. 3DIMLI creates the checkout and listens for signed Octo notifications.
Gateway availability
Octo appears only when the platform admin has enabled it for sellers.
Before you start
You need:
- An approved Octo merchant/shop account.
- Shop ID.
- Secret Key.
- Webhook Hash Key.
- Optional merchant email.
- Access to Octo cabinet or Octo support details for callback configuration.
Connect Octo
- Go to Dashboard -> Seller Settings -> Payment Gateways.
- Find Octo and click Connect.
- Enter the Shop ID.
- Enter the Secret Key.
- Enter the Webhook Hash Key.
- Enter merchant email if Octo provided or requires it.
- Copy the Octo notification URL shown by 3DIMLI.
- If Octo asks for a notification or callback URL, paste that URL for the shop.
- Save and connect.
What buyers see
Buyers are sent to Octo hosted checkout for payment. Available payment methods depend on the seller's Octo account and provider approval.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Connection fails | Confirm Shop ID, Secret Key, and Webhook Hash Key are copied exactly. |
| Callback not received | Confirm the notification/callback URL is set in Octo if required. |
| Buyer cannot pay | Check whether the payment method is enabled for your Octo shop. |
| Refund state is unclear | Use the 3DIMLI refund flow and contact support with the order ID. |
