Link a Flutterwave Account

Eligible sellers can connect their own Flutterwave account to accept USD payments on 3DIMLI. Payments go directly to the Flutterwave account you connect.

Before you start​

  • You have an approved Flutterwave business account.
  • Flutterwave is available for your business country and account.
  • You have your Flutterwave Secret Key from Settings > API Keys.

Connect Flutterwave​

  1. In 3DIMLI, open Dashboard > Settings > Payment Gateways.
  2. Find Flutterwave and select Connect.
  3. Enter your Flutterwave Secret Key. The Public Key is optional.
  4. Copy the generated webhook secret hash and add the same value in Flutterwave Dashboard > Settings > Webhooks.
  5. Copy the webhook URL shown in 3DIMLI and add it to the same Flutterwave Webhooks page.
  6. Enable webhook retries in Flutterwave, then return to 3DIMLI and select Connect.
USD payments

Flutterwave on 3DIMLI currently accepts USD payments only. This keeps your payment setup aligned with your store's USD pricing.

After connecting​

Buyers are taken to Flutterwave to complete payment, then return to 3DIMLI. You can manage your orders and issue refunds from your 3DIMLI dashboard.

Troubleshooting​

Flutterwave is not visible​

Gateway availability depends on your business country, account approval, and current 3DIMLI availability. Check that your Flutterwave account is approved, then contact support if you expected access.

Connection does not work​

  • Check that your Secret Key is correct and belongs to the same Flutterwave account.
  • Confirm the webhook URL and generated secret hash were copied exactly into Flutterwave.
  • Make sure your Flutterwave account can accept USD payments.
