Add Payment Gateways

The Payment Gateways page allows you to connect your merchant account and receive payments from product sales.

To start receiving payouts, you must connect at least one supported payment gateway.


Important

You can only have one payment gateway active at a time.

If you want to switch to a different gateway:

  1. Disconnect the currently connected gateway.
  2. Connect the new gateway.

Multi-seller checkout

Only PayPal supports multi-seller checkout (buying from multiple sellers in a single order). With Stripe and Razorpay, buyers can only check out from one seller at a time.

Each gateway card displays its connection status and available actions.

Gateway Availability

Payment gateways are enabled by the platform admin. If a gateway is not visible on your dashboard, it may not be enabled for the platform yet. Contact support if you need a specific gateway.


Troubleshooting

Cannot connect a new gateway

  • Make sure any existing gateway is disconnected first.
  • Complete authorization on the provider's website.
  • Refresh the page after connection.

Payments not received

  • Check if the gateway is still connected and active.
  • Verify API keys or OAuth connection status.
  • Confirm webhook configuration on the provider's dashboard.
  • Review the gateway provider's dashboard for errors.
