3DIMLI Assistant
The 3DIMLI Assistant is the built-in dashboard assistant for 3DIMLI. It helps you ask questions about the platform, find relevant helpdesk docs, understand your dashboard, and work through account, product, store, booking, purchase, download, refund, and payout tasks.
The Assistant is controlled by a platform setting. If the Assistant page is not visible in your dashboard, it may not be enabled for your account yet.
Where to find it
Open your dashboard and look for Assistant or 3DIMLI Assistant in the dashboard navigation.
Sellers can ask about selling, products, bookings, payouts, store setup, and dashboard workflows. Buyers can ask about purchases, downloads, refunds, meetings, settings, and general 3DIMLI help.

Conversation storage
Assistant conversation history is stored in your browser using local browser storage/IndexedDB. This lets the open conversation survive a page refresh on the same browser.
Clearing browser site data, using another browser, or using another device may remove or hide that local history. 3DIMLI keeps server-side usage and allowance records, but the chat transcript itself is designed to stay local to your browser.
Starter allowance and BYOK
3DIMLI may provide a small starter allowance so you can try the Assistant without adding your own AI provider key. After that allowance is used, you may need to add a provider key through Bring Your Own Key.
BYOK means "Bring Your Own Key." You connect a supported AI provider key, choose models, and the Assistant uses that provider for your dashboard chats.
Confirming changes
For important account or seller changes, review the Assistant's summary before approving. A good workflow is:
- Ask the Assistant to inspect or explain the current state.
- Ask for a proposed change.
- Review the exact fields or actions it plans to apply.
- Confirm only when the proposal is correct.
Avoid asking the Assistant to change prices, publish status, refund decisions, or important account fields without reviewing the details first.

Troubleshooting
