E-Books
E-books are digital books that can be read on computers, tablets, phones, and dedicated e-readers. They may include text, images, illustrations, and interactive elements depending on the format.
Use cases include educational guides, tutorials, comics, technical documentation, storybooks, design handbooks, reference material, and much more.
Requirements
- Be a registered seller on 3DIMLI.
- Upload your book in one or more standard formats metioned below.
- Ensure your file is properly formatted, readable, and free from errors.
- Provide a clean, high-resolution cover image that accurately represents the book.
- Include optional metadata such as author name, edition, and description.
Upload a new E-Book
To upload, sign in as a seller and open: Seller Product Creation.
Create a E-Book product
- Open your seller dashboard: Seller Product Creation.
- On “Choose Product Type”, select “E-book” and click “Continue”.

Video Thumbnails
You can set a YouTube video as your main media for an autoplay thumbnail that makes your listing stand out. Note: Vimeo videos don't support autoplay thumbnails due to platform limitations. The 16 media limit includes both images and videos combined.

Advance Tab (Shared)
The Advance tab contains settings shared across product types:
- Purchase Limiting: Restrict how many times a customer can buy the product.
- Purchase Validity (Product Scheduling): Controls visibility and the purchasing window. Future Start shows a countdown and blocks purchases until Start; optional End auto-unpublishes; selecting No End keeps availability until you manually unpublish.

Publish
- Review: Verify accuracy and policy compliance.
- Submit: Accept terms and click Add product.
Files checklist
- Include supported formats mentioned above.
- Ensure all pages are properly aligned, readable, and free from formatting issues.
- Include a high-resolution cover image and optional preview pages.
- Verify that embedded fonts, images, and layouts are stable across devices.
- Add a short README or notes file if your e-book includes special instructions or bonus material.
Licensing tips
- Choose a license that aligns with your intended audience. 3DIMLI License Policy
- Summarize permitted uses in plain language. (e.g., personal study, commercial reference).
- Mention any restrictions (e.g., resale, redistribution, or commercial work).
Troubleshooting
- Cover not displaying: Check resolution and upload a compressed, optimized version.
- Formatting errors in EPUB/MOBI: Re-export using proper e-book settings and validate using online tools.
- Hard to find in search: refine tags, description, and SEO content.
Quick checklist
- Title, description, and category are set.
- License is clear and appropriate.
- Tags and preview images are added.
- Files include textures/materials; paths are correct.
- SEO title and meta description are written.
After Submission: Admin Review & Publishing
- Your product is queued for admin review if required (based on the review rules).
- You can check the status of a product under review in All Products section of your Dashboard. All Products
- Pending Review: Admins verify accuracy, file integrity, previews, licensing, and policy compliance.
- Changes Required: The admin has requested changes to your product. Please review and update accordingly and submit again for Admin review.
- Approved: Your product has been approved and published instantly. Further edits will require review unless you are a verified seller.
