Advance Tab (Shared)

The Advance tab contains settings shared across product types:

  • Purchase Limiting: Restrict how many times a customer can buy the product.
  • Purchase Validity (Product Scheduling): Controls visibility and the purchasing window. Future Start shows a countdown and blocks purchases until Start; optional End auto-unpublishes; selecting No End keeps availability until you manually unpublish.

See the dedicated guide for details: Advance Settings.

Publish

  • Review: Verify accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Submit: Accept terms and click Add product.

Files Checklist

  • Include all required game files in the archive.
  • Add a README with installation steps, system requirements, and controls.
  • Test the game on the platforms you're listing (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.).
  • Include separate builds for each platform if applicable.
  • Name files clearly (e.g., MyGame-Windows-v1.0.zip, MyGame-Mac-v1.0.zip).

Licensing tips

  • Standard License works for most paid games where you want to maintain control.
  • Open Source is great for community-driven projects or educational games.
  • Demo / Trial helps convert players to paying customers - offer the first few levels for free.
  • Write license terms in plain language. Buyers should understand what they can and cannot do.

Troubleshooting

  • Game won't upload: Check if the archive format is supported (ZIP, RAR, 7Z). Compress all game files.
  • Images rejected: Upload high-resolution JPG or PNG screenshots under 2MB.
  • Low visibility: Add a gameplay trailer, better tags, and a description that highlights key features.
  • License confusion: Keep license terms simple. Use the default templates as a starting point.
