Every product on 3DIMLI goes through a structured review process to ensure consistent quality, proper licensing, and a professional buyer experience.
To maintain a high standard across the platform, all submitted products are manually reviewed by the moderation team before they are published.
Manual Review
- Each product is reviewed for technical accuracy, completeness, and presentation quality.
- Files, previews, descriptions, pricing, and license configurations are checked for correctness.
- Products must comply with 3DIMLI’s platform policies and content guidelines.
Feedback for Improvement
- If revisions are required, sellers receive clear and actionable feedback.
- Products can be updated and re-submitted after improvements are made.
- There is no limit on re-submissions as long as feedback is addressed.
Rejection or Flagging
- Products that fail to meet quality, licensing, or content requirements may be rejected.
- In some cases, products may be temporarily flagged until issues are corrected.
- Rejections are always tied to guideline violations or unresolved review feedback.

Review Status & What to Expect
Once you submit a product, it may be queued for admin review based on the applicable review rules.
You can always track the current review status from the All Products section in your seller dashboard.
Review Status Types
Pending Review
Your product is awaiting admin verification. During this stage, the moderation team checks:
- File integrity and completeness
- Preview images and descriptions
- Pricing and license configuration
- Compliance with platform policies

Changes Required
The admin has requested updates to your product.
- Review the feedback provided
- Make the required changes
- Re-submit the product for admin review
There is no limit on re-submissions as long as feedback is addressed.

Approved
Your product has been approved and published instantly.
- Buyers can now view and purchase your product
- Any further edits will require another review unless you are a verified seller

Rejected
Your product has been reviewed and rejected by the admin due to unresolved issues or guideline violations.
- Review the rejection reason carefully
- Make the necessary updates to meet the review requirements
- Re-submit the product for approval
If no action is taken within 30 days, the product will be permanently deleted from the platform.

Permanently Rejected
Your product has been permanently rejected by the admin.
- The product does not meet quality, licensing, or policy requirements
- Further revisions or re-submissions are not allowed
- The product will be automatically deleted after 14 days
Permanent rejections are issued only when issues cannot be resolved through revisions or when platform policies are violated.
