Storage Plan
3DIMLI gives sellers free storage to start with. You can upgrade your storage when your store needs more space for product files, images, banners, and avatars.
Where to upgrade storage
Go to:
Dashboard → Billing → Buy or upgrade → Storage
On this page, you can choose a storage plan for your store.
You may see:
- Monthly and annual billing options
- A storage slider
- Storage sizes
- Price for the selected storage
- Current plan button
- Subscribe button
- Contact sales option
Free storage
Every seller starts with free storage.
Free storage: 5 GB
You can use this storage for product files, images, banners, avatars, and other uploaded assets.
Storage slider
The storage page includes a slider.
You can move the slider to choose how much storage you want.
For example:
5 GB
100 GB
200 GB
300 GB
500 GB
1000 GB
The price changes based on the storage amount you select.
Storage pricing
Storage pricing changes based on the selected storage size.
Larger storage plans cost more, but the price is shown clearly before you subscribe.
Taxes may be added during checkout.
Monthly and annual billing
You may be able to choose between:
- Monthly billing
- Annual billing
Monthly billing is useful if your storage needs may change often.
Annual billing is useful if you want to keep the same storage plan for a longer time.
Upgrading storage
When you upgrade storage, the new storage limit is added immediately after successful payment.
After upgrading:
- Your storage limit increases
- You can upload more files
- Your dashboard shows the new storage limit
- Your billing starts for the selected plan
Downgrading storage
When you downgrade storage, the lower storage limit starts at the end of your current billing cycle.
Until then, your current storage limit stays active.
If your used storage is higher than the new limit, you will get a grace period after the downgrade starts.
10-day grace period
If your storage plan is cancelled or downgraded and your usage is higher than the new limit, you get a 10-day grace period.
During this period, you can:
- Upgrade again
- Delete files
- Remove unused products
- Reduce storage usage
After the grace period
If your storage is still above the limit after 10 days, 3DIMLI may remove files automatically.
Files are removed starting with the largest products first.
Reduce your storage manually before the grace period ends if you want to choose what gets removed.
Cancelling your storage plan
You can cancel your storage plan from:
Dashboard → Billing → Subscriptions
After cancellation:
- Your paid storage stays active until the end of the billing cycle
- Your account returns to the free storage limit after the cycle ends
- If your usage is above the free limit, the 10-day grace period starts
Email reminders
3DIMLI may send email reminders for:
- Storage almost full
- Storage upgrade
- Storage downgrade
- Storage cancellation
- Grace period started
- Grace period ending soon
Make sure your email address is active and correct.
