3DIMLI is a subscription-based SaaS platform. Every sale goes 100% to your connected payment account. The subscription is invoiced separately.
How Pricing Works
3DIMLI does not take a commission or percentage from individual sales. When a buyer purchases your product, the full amount goes directly to your connected payment account (PayPal, Stripe, or Razorpay).
Platform access is covered by a separate subscription. You choose the plan that fits your business.

What Both Plans Include
Everything on 3DIMLI is available on both plans. There are no feature gates or tier-locked tools. Both plans include 5 GB of free storage.

How Billing Works
- Fixed plan (monthly): You are charged $25 on your billing date each month. Automatic and recurring.
- Fixed plan (annual): You pay for the entire year upfront. Save 17%, roughly 2 months free. No monthly charges.
- Flexible plan: At the end of each billing cycle, 3DIMLI calculates 8% of your finalized sales for that month. Refunded transactions are excluded. If you had no sales, you are not charged. The invoice is generated automatically.
In all cases, your product revenue is never touched. Buyers pay you directly through your connected payment gateway. The subscription is a separate charge for platform access.
Switching Plans
You can switch between Fixed and Flexible at any time from your dashboard. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing on the Fixed plan. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You can cancel a pending plan switch before it takes effect.
Storage Plan
Every seller gets 5 GB of free storage included with both the Fixed and Flexible plans. If you need more space, you can subscribe to a Storage Plan separately. The Storage Plan is independent of your platform subscription and billed on its own monthly cycle.
How Storage Pricing Works
Storage uses curve-based pricing. The more storage you add, the lower the effective cost per GB. Pricing ranges from $5/month (10 GB total) to $25/month (505 GB total).

You can pick any storage tier between 10 GB and 505 GB from the interactive slider in your dashboard. Pricing is calculated automatically as you adjust the slider.
Upgrading and Downgrading Storage
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new storage limit is available right away.
- Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle. Your storage limit stays at the current tier until the next renewal, then drops to the new tier.
- You can cancel a pending downgrade at any time before it takes effect.
Cancelling Storage plan
If you cancel your Storage Plan, it remains active until the end of your current billing period (since you already paid for it). After that, your storage limit reverts to the free 5 GB tier.
If your stored files exceed your new limit after a cancellation or downgrade, you get a 10-day grace period to reduce your usage. During this period you will receive email reminders. If your usage is still over the limit after the grace period, files may be automatically removed starting with the largest products.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your 3DIMLI subscription from Dashboard → Billing → Buy or upgrade.
Find your active plan, click Cancel Plan, choose a reason, and confirm the cancellation.
In most cases, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. After cancellation, some paid features may become limited.
Cancelling does not automatically delete your products, storefront URL, past orders, or buyer purchase records. Buyers should still be able to access eligible downloads according to 3DIMLI’s download access rules.
Before cancelling, download or save any important product files, images, order records, invoices, or store content you may need later.
You can reactivate later from the Billing section by choosing a new plan.
Refund eligibility depends on your plan type, billing cycle, and the refund policy active at the time of purchase.
Storage Usage Tracking
You can monitor your storage usage from the billing section in your seller dashboard. The usage breakdown shows how much space is used by product images, downloadable files, and other assets (avatars, banners). A status indicator shows whether your usage is healthy, approaching the limit, or critical.
