Advance Settings

Some controls are shared across all product types and live under the Advance tab of the product form. This page explains how to use them and what to expect.

3DIMLI Advance Settings

Purchase Limiting

Control how many times a single customer can purchase a product.

Form Fields Summary

FieldRequiredTypeDescriptionConstraints
Enable purchase limitingNoToggleTurn on to set a per-customer purchase cap.Off by default
Purchase limitConditionalNumberMaximum purchases allowed per customer.Positive integer; required when limiting is enabled

Behavior

  • When the limit is reached for a customer, purchasing is blocked for that product.
  • Limiting applies per customer account for the specific product.
  • Use a value of 1 to allow exactly one purchase per customer.

Purchase Validity (Product Scheduling)

Purchase Validity (also called Product Scheduling) controls when your product is visible and purchasable on the platform.

When a future Start date/time is set, buyers see a countdown timer on the product page. The listing is visible, but purchasing is blocked until the Start time is reached. You can optionally set an End date/time; at End, the product automatically unpublishes and becomes unavailable for new purchases. Existing buyers retain access unless you permanently delete the product from the platform. If you select No End Date & Time, the product remains available indefinitely after Start until you manually unpublish it from your dashboard.

Behavior

  • Product Scheduling determines visibility and availability for purchase.
  • If Start is in the future, a countdown timer appears to buyers; the product is visible but purchases are blocked until Start.
  • Customers can only purchase during the configured validity window.
  • If End is set, the product automatically unpublishes at End and becomes unavailable to new buyers.
  • Existing buyers retain access after unpublishing unless you permanently delete the product. For details on deletion timing, cancellation, and customer notifications, see Deleting a Product.
  • If No End Date & Time is selected, the product remains available indefinitely after Start until you manually unpublish it.

If you need these settings for other product types, follow the same steps. This page is the single source of truth for the shared Advance tab options.
