Deleting a Product
Sellers can delete a product whenever they want from their dashboard.
- Go to: 3dimli.com/dashboard/seller/products/all-products
- Under the Actions dropdown for the product, select Delete Product.
How deletion works
- If no one has purchased the product, deletion is immediate.
- If at least one customer has purchased the product, deletion is scheduled and completed after a 30-day period.
- During these 30 days, an email is sent to customers who purchased the product with a reminder to download and save their files safely.
- The deletion request is automatically processed after 30 days and the product is removed.
- If the seller changes their mind within this period, they can cancel the deletion request and the product will remain available.
- After cancelling, there is a cooldown of 30 minutes before another cancellation request can be made.
Notes
- While deletion is scheduled, the product remains visible to existing buyers for downloads, but new purchases are blocked.
- If deletion is cancelled, purchasing and visibility resume according to your current Product Scheduling settings.
