Booking Dashboard

The Booking area is where sellers manage time-based products such as appointments, webinars, live classes, and consultations. It works together with Booking products, payment gateways, customer orders, and your store calendar.

Feature availability

Booking is a paid seller add-on. If the Booking menu is not visible or booking actions are blocked, subscribe under Billing -> Buy or Upgrade -> Booking tab (open the Booking add-on page). Once the add-on is active, the full Booking area unlocks.

Booking product lifecycle

Booking products follow the normal product lifecycle: draft, review, publish, schedule, unpublish, and edit. When a buyer selects a time and checks out, the selected slot is held during checkout and then becomes a confirmed booking when payment or approval completes.

Only the public Booking page is reviewed as a product listing when review is required. Routine service and service-type changes in the Booking catalog are not separate product submissions. Once the public page is approved, normal page edits can go live subject to your account's review rules.

Confirmed bookings can appear in:

  • Seller Bookings and Calendar
  • Buyer Meetings
  • Seller orders and customer records
  • Purchase/refund history where applicable
