Booking Availability
Booking Availability
Availability controls which time slots buyers can choose on your Booking product pages. Set it carefully before publishing a bookable service.
Main concepts
| Concept | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Schedule | A reusable set of weekly hours and date overrides. |
| Timezone | The timezone used to interpret your schedule. |
| Weekly hours | Recurring days and time ranges, such as Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. |
| Date override | A one-time change for a specific date, such as a holiday, blocked day, or extended hours. |
| Minimum notice | How soon before a session buyers are allowed to book. |
| Booking period | How far into the future buyers can book. |
| Buffer time | Extra blocked time before or after a session. |
Set weekly availability
- Open Dashboard -> Seller Area -> Booking -> Availability.
- Choose or create the schedule you want to edit.
- Set the timezone.
- Add the days and time ranges when you are available.
- Save the schedule.
Add date overrides
Use date overrides when a specific date should not follow your normal weekly schedule.
Common examples:
- Block a holiday or personal day.
- Add special weekend hours.
- Shorten availability on a travel day.
- Create a one-time webinar or session window.
Why slots may not appear
If a Booking product page shows no available times, check:
- The product is published and visible.
- Booking is enabled for the platform.
- The product has a schedule attached.
- The selected date is inside the booking period.
- The selected time is after the minimum notice window.
- Capacity has not already been filled.
- Date overrides are not blocking the day.
- The buyer is looking in the expected timezone.
Good availability habits
- Keep timezone labels clear for international buyers.
- Add buffers if you need time between calls.
- Use date overrides before vacations or live events.
- Preview the booking page after changing hours.
- Update workflows if reminder timing depends on your schedule.
