Enable WhatsApp & Telegram Chat on Your 3DIMLI Store
Let buyers reach you instantly through WhatsApp or Telegram directly from your store page.
Adding direct messaging to your 3DIMLI store helps you connect with potential customers, answer questions quickly, and close more sales. When enabled, a Chat button appears on your public store page.
Step 1: Go to Store Settings
- Navigate to Settings → Store or go directly to Store Settings
- Scroll down to find the WhatsApp and Telegram fields

Step 2: Add Your Contact Details
WhatsApp
Enter your phone number with country code (no spaces, dashes, or plus sign):

Telegram
Enter either your username or phone number:
- Username example:
yourusername - Phone example:
+11234567890
Privacy tip: Use Telegram with just your username if you prefer not to share your phone number.
Step 3: Save Changes
Click Update to save your settings. The Chat button will now appear on your store page.
How It Works for Buyers
- Buyer visits your store and sees the Chat button
- Clicks Chat → Cloudflare Turnstile verification appears (spam protection)
- After verification → Buyer sees available messaging options (WhatsApp, Telegram, or both)
- Clicks their preferred option → Opens WhatsApp or Telegram to start a conversation

- Respond quickly: Fast responses build trust and increase sales
- Set expectations: Let buyers know your typical response time in your store description
- Use both options: Offer WhatsApp and Telegram to give buyers flexibility
- Telegram for privacy: Share your username without revealing your phone number
