How do refunds work?

Refunds are eligible when the product has not been downloaded and the request is within 7 days of purchase. Both conditions must be met. If the product has been downloaded, the automated refund button is unavailable: buyers should contact the seller directly for any issues. Sellers can manually issue refunds from the Orders tab in their dashboard. Refunds flow back to the buyer through the original payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, or Razorpay).
