Does 3DIMLI take a cut from my sales?
No. Buyers pay you directly, so 3DIMLI does not deduct money from each checkout. On the Fixed plan the platform fee on sales is 0%. On the Flexible plan, 3DIMLI bills 8% of finalized sales separately after the month closes.
What if I make no sales on the Flexible plan?
You pay zero. The Flexible plan only generates an invoice when finalized sales for the month create a billable balance.
Can I pay annually on the Flexible plan?
No. The Flexible plan is monthly billing only because the fee depends on your sales each month. The Fixed plan supports both monthly and annual billing.
Which plan should I start with?
If you are just starting out or unsure about your sales, choose Flexible. It costs nothing if you make no sales. Once your monthly finalized sales are consistently high enough that 8% would cost more than $25, switch to Fixed.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The only costs are your chosen subscription plan, the optional Storage Plan if you need more than 5 GB, and any processing fees charged by your payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, or Razorpay). 3DIMLI does not charge listing fees, upload fees, or per-transaction fees.
How do I switch plans?
You can switch between Fixed and Flexible at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do all plans include the discount and coupon manager?
Yes. Both plans include the full promotion toolkit. You can create reusable product-only discounts and coupons, then assign them globally, per license, or per variant with validity windows, usage limits, and coupon codes.
What can I sell on 3DIMLI?
You can sell 3D Models, Graphics, Audio, E-Books, Link Products, AI Models, Software, Video, Games, and Digital Products. All product types are available on both plans with no restrictions.
How do I get paid?
Buyers pay you directly through your connected payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, or Razorpay). Funds go straight to your account. 3DIMLI never holds or processes your sales revenue.
How much free storage do I get?
Every seller gets 5 GB of free storage included with both the Fixed and Flexible plans. This covers product images, downloadable files, and other assets like avatars and banners.
How do I get more storage?
You can subscribe to a Storage Plan from your seller dashboard. Storage is billed separately from your platform subscription. Choose any tier between 10 GB and 505 GB using the interactive slider. Pricing starts at approximately $5/month for 10 GB and goes up to $25/month for 505 GB.
What happens to my files if I cancel the Storage Plan?
Your storage plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your limit reverts to the free 5 GB tier. If your files exceed the free tier, you get a 10-day grace period to reduce your usage. You will receive email reminders during this time.
