Downloading Invoices - Your Guide to Billing History

Where can I download my 3DIMLI invoices?

You can download your invoices from the billing or subscription section of your 3DIMLI dashboard. This includes invoices for your platform plan and any active Storage Plan.

Can I download invoices for past payments?

Yes. Your billing history shows previous invoices and payment records, so you can download invoices for past billing cycles when they are available.

Do I get a separate invoice for the Storage Plan?

Yes. If you subscribe to a Storage Plan, it is billed separately from your main 3DIMLI platform subscription. You may see a separate invoice for storage charges.

Do I get invoices for Flexible plan sales fees?

Yes. On the Flexible plan, 3DIMLI bills 8% of finalized sales separately after the month closes. If your finalized sales create a billable balance, an invoice is generated for that amount.

What happens if I make no sales on the Flexible plan?

No invoice is generated for sales fees if there is no billable balance. The Flexible plan only creates a sales-fee invoice when finalized monthly sales result in a charge.

Are buyer payments included in my 3DIMLI invoice?

No. Buyer payments go directly to your connected payment gateway, such as PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, or an enabled regional gateway. 3DIMLI invoices only cover charges billed by 3DIMLI, such as your plan, Flexible plan sales fee, or Storage Plan.

Can I use my payment gateway receipt as an invoice?

Your payment gateway may provide its own receipts or transaction records. However, 3DIMLI invoices are only for charges billed by 3DIMLI. Buyer payment records should be checked inside your connected gateway account.

Why is my invoice not showing?

An invoice may not appear if no payment was required, the billing cycle has not closed yet, or the charge is still being processed. For Flexible plan fees, the invoice is created only after finalized monthly sales are calculated.

Can I change my billing details on an invoice?

You can update your billing details from your account or billing settings. Updated details usually apply to future invoices. Past invoices may not always update automatically after they are generated.

What should I do if an invoice has incorrect information?

Check your billing details first and update them if needed. If the invoice still looks incorrect, contact 3DIMLI support with the invoice details so the team can review it.

Do invoices include payment gateway fees?

No. Payment gateway processing fees are charged by your connected payment provider. 3DIMLI invoices only show the charges billed by 3DIMLI.

Can I download invoices after cancelling my plan?

You may still be able to access previous billing records from your dashboard after cancellation. It is a good idea to download important invoices before closing or changing your account.
