Common Issues

Cannot register as a seller

  • Ensure you have a verified account with a supported payment gateway (PayPal Business, Stripe, or Razorpay)
  • Payments go directly from buyers to sellers: at least one payment gateway must be connected
  • Indian sellers: PayPal is restricted due to RBI regulations, but you can use Stripe or Razorpay instead

Product upload failing

  • Verify file size limits and supported formats
  • Ensure all required fields are completed
  • Check internet connection stability

Payment not received

  • Check your payment gateway dashboard (PayPal, Stripe, or Razorpay) for pending transactions
  • Verify your payment account is properly connected and active
  • Contact your payment provider's support for payment-specific issues

Note: Payments move directly from buyers to sellers through the connected payment gateway; 3DIMLI does not hold funds. There is no withdrawal step in 3DIMLI.

Cannot download purchased product

  • Check purchase confirmation email
  • Access download through purchase history
  • Ensure you're logged into the correct account

If you need a refund, contact the seller. Sellers can issue refunds directly from their dashboard.
