Community Support (Discord & WhatsApp)

3DIMLI offers official community channels where you can connect with other users, stay updated on platform changes, and get help with general questions.

Community support is optional and complements the official Helpdesk.

Join the 3DIMLI Discord Server​

Discord is best suited for discussions, announcements, feature updates, and community-driven support.

How to join:​

  1. Go to the 3DIMLI website.
  2. Click the Discord button in the top navigation bar.
  3. You’ll be redirected to the official 3DIMLI Discord invite page.
  4. Click Accept Invite to join the server.

Once inside, you can participate in discussions, ask questions, and follow announcements from the 3DIMLI team.

Join the 3DIMLI WhatsApp Community​

WhatsApp is ideal for quick updates, announcements, and mobile-friendly communication.

How to join:​

  1. Go to the 3DIMLI website.
  2. Hover over the Discord button in the top navigation bar.
  3. Select Join WhatsApp from the dropdown.
  4. You’ll be redirected to the official WhatsApp group invite page.
  5. Choose Open App (mobile) or Continue to WhatsApp Web (desktop) to join.

When to Use Community Support vs Helpdesk​

Use Community Support when:

  • You have general questions about the platform
  • You want updates, tips, or best practices
  • You want to connect with other sellers or buyers

Use the Helpdesk / Contact Us when:

  • You have account-specific issues
  • There are payment, payout, or billing problems
  • You need to report bugs or security concerns

Community channels are not meant for sharing sensitive or private information.

Troubleshooting​

  • Make sure you’re logged into Discord or WhatsApp.
  • Try opening the link in a different browser or device.
  • Disable pop-up blockers if enabled.

Joined but can’t see messages​

  • On Discord, check if you need to accept rules or complete verification.
  • On WhatsApp, ensure the group is not muted or archived.

If the issue persists, contact official support through the Helpdesk.
