Recovering Your 3DIMLI Account
If you’re unable to sign in to your 3DIMLI account because you forgot your password, don’t worry - recovering access is quick and secure. Follow the steps below to reset your password and regain access.
When Should You Use Account Recovery?
Use this process if:
- You forgot your password
- Your password is not working
- You want to secure your account with a new password
Step-by-Step Account Recovery Guide
Step 1: Open the Sign In Menu
- Visit https://www.3dimli.com
- Click the profile icon in the top-right corner
- Select Sign In

Step 2: Click “Forgot Password?”
On the Sign In screen:
- Cliick the Forgot? Button right above the password field.
OR
- Click the Forgot Password? link below the sign-in form
This opens the Reset Password dialog.

Step 3: Enter Your Email or Username
- Enter the email address or username linked to your 3DIMLI account
- Click Reset Password
A password reset link will be sent to your registered email.

Step 4: Check Your Email
You’ll see a confirmation screen saying “Check Your Email”.
- Open your email inbox
- Look for an email from 3DIMLI
- Click the Reset Password link inside the email

Didn’t receive the email?
- Check your Spam / Junk folder
- Check your email antivirus or security filters
(Some email providers block password reset emails)- Make sure your inbox is not full or restricted
- Ensure you entered the correct email
- Wait 2-3 minutes and try again
Step 5: Create a New Password
On the Reset Password page:
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the password
- Click Reset Password
Choose a strong password you haven’t used before.

Step 6: Password Reset Successful
You’ll see a “Password changed successfully” confirmation.
You’ll be automatically redirected to the Sign In page.

Step 7: Sign In Again
- Enter your email or username
- Enter your new password
- Click Sign In
You now have access to your account again.
Security Tips
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Use a unique password for 3DIMLI.
- Reset your password immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Common Issues & Solutions
I didn’t receive the reset email
- Check Spam or Junk folders.
- Confirm your email is registered with 3DIMLI.
- Retry after a few minutes.
I still can’t access my account
If you’ve reset your password but still can’t sign in, check the following:
