Can I have both a buyer and seller account under the same email?

Yes. A single account can function as both a buyer and a seller. You don’t need separate emails or accounts to switch roles.

Which countries are supported for buying and selling?

Buyers from 200+ countries and regions can use 3DIMLI. Payment availability depends on the seller’s connected gateway (PayPal, Stripe, or Razorpay).

Selling on 3DIMLI is available in countries supported by the connected payment gateway:

PayPal: 160+ countries where PayPal Business accounts are supported
Stripe: 40+ countries
Razorpay: Primarily India

Some regional regulations may apply. For example, PayPal accounts registered in India cannot currently receive seller payments due to RBI regulations: sellers in India can use Stripe or Razorpay instead.

How do I recover my account if I lose access to my password?

If you forget your password, you can reset it using the Forgot Password option on the sign-in or sin-up page.

Can I change my store name or store URL after creating it?

You can update your store name at any time from your seller dashboard settings. You can also change your store URL by updating the store slug in the seller dashboard. Changing the slug updates your store link, so make sure to choose it carefully if your store has already been shared or indexed.
