How do I download products after purchase?

After purchasing, you can download your files directly from your dashboard.

Download process:

  • Download links become available immediately after successful payment
  • Access your purchases from the Downloads page in your dashboard
  • Click the download button to get your files
  • Files are delivered securely and tied to your account

All purchased products remain accessible for future downloads.

Is there a limit on downloads?

No. There is no fixed limit on downloads for purchased products.

You can:

  • Re-download your files anytime from your account
  • Access products across multiple devices
  • Download updated versions when sellers release them

Note: Products may become unavailable if removed by the seller or platform due to policy or legal reasons.

Will I get future updates of a product?

Yes. If a seller releases updates for a product you've purchased, you'll continue to have access to the latest versions through your account.

How updates work:

  • Sellers can upload new versions of products
  • You'll see the updated files in your Downloads page
  • No additional payment required for updates
  • Download history tracks all versions

This ensures you always have access to the most current version of your purchased products.

Can I buy free products?

Yes. Free products can be added to your account without payment.

Free product features:

  • Must be logged in to access and download
  • Appear in your Downloads page like paid products

What licenses apply to purchased products?

Every product on 3DIMLI includes a license selected by the seller from the available license options supported by the platform.

License details:

  • Defines how the asset can be used (personal, commercial, redistribution, etc.)
  • Clearly displayed on the product page before purchase
  • Based on the license type selected by the seller
  • Varies by product and seller choice

Important: Always review the license details shown on the product page before purchasing to ensure it matches your intended use.

What happens if I lose my files?

No worries. As long as the product is still available, you can re-download it from your buyer dashboard at any time.

How to recover files:

  • Log in to your 3DIMLI account
  • Go to the Downloads page
  • Find the product you need
  • Click download to get a fresh copy

Your purchase history is permanently linked to your account for easy access.

Can I request a refund?

Refunds are available under specific conditions based on the platform's refund policy.

Refund eligibility: both conditions must be met:

  • The product has not been downloaded or accessed
  • The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase

Before your first download, a confirmation dialog warns that the purchase becomes non-refundable once you download.
