Notification Integrations

The Notifications tab lets you receive store alerts in team communication tools.

You can use notifications to stay updated when important store events happen.

Available Notification Integrations

The Notifications tab can include:

  • Discord
  • Google Chat
  • Microsoft Teams

These integrations usually work through webhook URLs.

Discord lets you receive rich embed notifications in a Discord channel.

You will usually need:

  • Label
  • Discord webhook URL

Use this if your team already manages updates in Discord.

Google Chat

Google Chat lets you send card-style notifications to a Google Chat space.

You will usually need:

  • Label
  • Google Chat webhook URL

Use this if your team works inside Google Workspace.

Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams lets you receive notifications inside a Teams channel.

You will usually need:

  • Label
  • Microsoft Teams webhook URL

Use this if your business or team uses Microsoft Teams for communication.

To connect a notification tool:

  1. Go to Dashboard.
  2. Open Settings.

  5. Choose Discord, Google Chat, or Microsoft Teams.
  6. Add a label, such as Sales alerts.

What Is a Webhook URL?

A webhook URL is a special link from your external app.

3DIMLI uses this link to send notifications to the selected channel or space.

Keep webhook URLs private. Anyone with the webhook URL may be able to send messages to that channel.

When to Use Notifications

Use notifications when you want alerts for:

  • Store activity
  • Sales events
  • Customer-related updates
  • Workflow updates
  • Team visibility

Notifications are useful when more than one person helps manage the store.

Troubleshooting

If notifications are not arriving:

  • Check if the webhook URL is correct.
  • Make sure the channel or space still exists.
  • Make sure the webhook was not deleted from the external app.
  • Try creating a new webhook and reconnecting it.
