# Uploading Your First Product

After becoming a seller, follow these steps to publish your first product.

## Step 1: Start a New Product

- Click **Upload** in the navigation bar or go to [New Product](https://www.3dimli.com/dashboard/seller/products/new).
- Select a product type, for this guide select 3D Model as the product type.

## Step 2: Enter Product Details

- **Title:** Add a good title in this field, the character limit for titles is up to 60 characters.
- **Description:** It supports up to 1500 characters; supports rich text (links, formatting, lists) and HTML mode.
- **Category** and **URL** slug: With this field make your own custom slug or auto generate one by using the auto-fill.

## Step 3: Choose License and Pricing
In this step, select how your product can be used and how it will be priced.

You can choose one or multiple license types for the same product and set different prices for each license.
Each license can be offered as free, fixed price, or flexible pricing, depending on your preference.
- **Standard License** - Allows personal and commercial use. Suitable for most general-purpose products.
- **Commercial Redistribution License** - Required if the product will be used in items that are resold, redistributed, or included in client deliverables.
- **Editorial Use Only License** - Limited to non-commercial use such as news, education, research, or editorial content.
- **Creative Commons Attribution 4.0** - Free to use for any purpose, including commercial use, as long as proper attribution is given to the creator.

**Tip**: Offering multiple licenses with clear pricing helps buyers choose the right option and increases your product's reach.

## Step 4: Upload Assets and Add Details

- **Product Media (Video):** Optionally paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL to add a video to your product gallery. You can set the video as your main media to create an autoplay video thumbnail that makes your listing stand out.
- **Product Images:** Upload proper product images in JPG, PNG, or WebP; up to 2 MB each; max 16 images. The first image becomes the main image (unless you set a video as main).
- **Download File:** One compressed file (ZIP, RAR, 7Z, etc.), make sure its file size is under 1024 MB.
- Add **Tags** to help buyers find your product more easily.
- Add an **External Link** if needed (optional).
- Add **Attributes** to describe your product clearly. **Mandatory** attributes are marked with a red star (*), while the remaining attributes are optional.

## Step 5: SEO Settings

- Provide an **SEO Title** and **Meta Description** to improve search visibility.
- Preview how your listing appears on desktop and mobile.

## Step 6: Submit for Review

- Agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
- Click Add Product to submit your product.
- The product will be reviewed by admins. Once your store is verified (

), uploads may skip the review step.
