### How does 3DIMLI pay?

To receive payments for the products you sell on [3DIMLI](https://www.3dimli.com/), you need to connect a supported payment gateway. 3DIMLI does not process payments directly or hold your funds. All payments go straight to you through your connected payment account.

Supported gateways:
- **PayPal**: Connect your PayPal Business account
- **Stripe**: Connect via Stripe Connect (OAuth) or Stripe Classic (API keys)
- **Razorpay**: Connect via Razorpay OAuth or Razorpay Classic (API keys)

### Platform Fees and Revenue

3DIMLI is a subscription-based SaaS platform. We do not charge listing fees or take per-sale commissions. Sellers receive 100% of their product revenue directly.

Two subscription plans are available:
- **Fixed plan:** **$25/month** flat (or pay annually and save 17%), regardless of sales volume. Best for seasoned sellers making consistent high-volume sales. Pay a flat fee instead of a percentage.
- **Flexible plan:** **8% of finalized sales** each month (refunds excluded). Monthly billing only, no annual option. If you make no sales, you pay zero. Perfect if you are just starting out and unsure about your sales. Every sale goes 100% to your connected payment account. 3DIMLI invoices the subscription fee separately and automatically.

Subscriptions cover platform access only. Your sales payouts go directly to your connected payment account.

### Processing Fees

Each payment gateway charges its own standard processing fees. These are separate from 3DIMLI and are deducted by the provider directly:
- **PayPal**: Standard PayPal Business transaction fees
- **Stripe**: Standard Stripe processing fees
- **Razorpay**: Standard Razorpay processing fees

### Account Requirements

Sellers must have a verified account with their chosen payment gateway:
- **PayPal**: Verified PayPal Business account (personal accounts are not eligible)
- **Stripe**: Stripe account (connected via OAuth or API keys)
- **Razorpay**: Razorpay account (connected via OAuth or API keys)

### Why direct payments?

Payments move directly from buyers to sellers; **3DIMLI does not hold any funds**. This means:
- There is **no withdrawal option** in 3DIMLI.
- Earnings are **received directly** in your connected payment account.
- **Sellers are responsible** for any payment-related issues and should work with their payment provider when needed.
- Sellers can **refund orders directly** in their dashboard.

### Regional Availability

- **PayPal:** Available globally. Due to RBI regulations, PayPal accounts registered in India cannot currently receive seller payments. Indian sellers can use Stripe or Razorpay instead.
- **Stripe:** Available in 40+ countries.
- **Razorpay:** Primarily available for sellers in India.
