# Link an iyzico Account

iyzico is available to eligible sellers whose business country is **Turkey** and who have an approved iyzico merchant account. Checkout uses the iyzico Checkout Form.

## Before you begin

- Complete iyzico merchant onboarding and approval.
- Disconnect any other active 3DIMLI payment gateway.
- Use production credentials unless 3DIMLI specifically shows a test setup.
- Keep the API Key and Secret Key private.

## Connect iyzico to 3DIMLI

1. Open **Dashboard -> Settings -> Payment Gateway**.
2. Select **iyzico**.
3. Enter the production **API Key** and **Secret Key** from your iyzico account.
4. Save the credentials.
5. Copy the notification URL shown by 3DIMLI.

## Enable payment notifications

1. In the iyzico Dashboard, open **Settings -> Merchant Settings** or **Company Settings -> Merchant Notifications**.
2. Enable **Receive notifications for payments**.
3. Paste the exact notification URL shown in 3DIMLI.
4. Save the iyzico settings.

Do not share the notification URL, API Key, Secret Key, or any protection value in public messages or screenshots.

## Request signed notification activation

3DIMLI requires iyzico's **X-IYZ-SIGNATURE-V3** signed payment notifications. Follow the activation panel on the iyzico gateway card to send the pre-filled request to iyzico. The panel includes copyable wording and an **Ask AI** option to help prepare the message.

Wait for iyzico to confirm activation before running the final verification.

## Run required verification

After credentials and signed notifications are ready:

1. Click **Run Required Verification** on the iyzico gateway card.
2. Complete the **1 TRY** verification payment.
3. 3DIMLI automatically requests a refund for the verification charge.
4. Wait for the signed payment notification and the connected status.

The gateway is ready for live orders only after verification succeeds.

## Currency and buyer checkout

- Your 3DIMLI store remains priced in **USD** when iyzico is active.
- Eligible domestic Turkish buyers can pay in TRY through iyzico.
- International USD checkout requires **Multi Currency** to be enabled on your iyzico merchant account.
- iyzico controls the final buyer methods, conversion, and merchant eligibility.

## Refunds

Start eligible refunds from the 3DIMLI order or refund workflow. Refunds return through the same iyzico merchant account that processed the payment.

## Troubleshooting

| Issue | What to check |
| --- | --- |
| iyzico is not available | Confirm your seller business country is Turkey and your iyzico merchant account is approved. |
| Verification does not complete | Confirm payment notifications are enabled, the exact URL is saved, and X-IYZ-SIGNATURE-V3 is active. |
| International buyer cannot pay in USD | Ask iyzico whether Multi Currency is enabled for your merchant account. |
| Verification charge still appears | Check the refund status in iyzico; provider processing time may apply. |
