# Link Freedom Pay Classic Account

Freedom Pay Classic lets eligible sellers connect their own Freedom Pay merchant account. 3DIMLI sends USD invoices to Freedom Pay, and Freedom Pay handles buyer-side payment processing and conversion where supported.

Freedom Pay Classic appears only when the platform admin has enabled it for sellers.

## Before you start

You need:

- Freedom Pay merchant access.
- Merchant ID.
- Secret Key.
- Optional merchant email.
- Access to the Freedom Pay cabinet if a default result/callback URL is required.

## Connect Freedom Pay Classic

1. Go to **Dashboard -> Seller Settings -> Payment Gateways**.
2. Find **Freedom Pay Classic** and click **Connect**.
3. Enter your Merchant ID.
4. Enter your Secret Key.
5. Enter merchant email if needed.
6. Copy the Result URL shown by 3DIMLI.
7. If the Freedom Pay cabinet asks for a Result URL, Callback URL, or Notification URL, paste the copied URL and choose `POST` if a request method is required.
8. Save and connect.

3DIMLI also sends the result URL with each checkout automatically. If your cabinet does not ask for a default URL, you may not need to configure anything extra.

## Refund note

For cleaner order access control, issue refunds from 3DIMLI. Refunds created only inside the provider dashboard may require signed provider notification before 3DIMLI can reflect the change.

## Troubleshooting

| Issue | What to check |
| --- | --- |
| Connection fails | Confirm Merchant ID and Secret Key are copied correctly. |
| Provider asks for a URL | Use the Result URL shown in 3DIMLI. |
| Buyer payment method is missing | Check which local or international payment methods are enabled in your Freedom Pay account. |
| Order status looks stuck | Contact support with the order ID and provider payment reference. |
