The Customer Insights section of the 3DIMLI website gives sellers a complete overview of their buyers and purchasing activity. It is designed to help creators understand their audience, track sales interactions, and build stronger customer relationships.

## Overview

The Customer Insights page displays detailed information about every person who has purchased from a seller’s store. It centralizes all customer-related data, offering a quick snapshot of:
- Who is buying
- How often they purchase
- How much revenue they generate
- When they last interacted with the store

This information helps sellers grow their digital store strategically and improve customer engagement.

## Displayed Information
Once a seller has customers, this section shows:
- Customer name and email: Helps identify customers and contact them when needed (e.g., support or delivery issues).
- Order count: Shows how many orders each customer has completed, helping you identify loyal or high-activity buyers.
- Last purchase date: Makes it easy to track recent activity and spot customers who may be inactive.
- Total spent: Displays how much a customer has spent in total, allowing sellers to measure customer value and repeat purchase behavior.

## What You Can Do on the Customer Insights Page
- ✔ View all customers who have interacted with your products.
- ✔ See each customer’s total orders and total revenue.
- ✔ Check last purchase dates to identify active vs. inactive buyers.
- ✔ Sort and filter customers to find specific insights.
- ✔ Export customer data as a CSV file for reporting or analysis.

## Page Features Explained

### Search Bar
Located at the top-left.
You can quickly look up customers by:
- Name
- Email
- Username

Useful when verifying purchase history or checking revenue for a specific customer.

### Sorting Options
Found at the top-right.
Sellers can sort the customer list by:
- Newest (most recent buyers)
- Oldest
- Highest revenue
- Most orders

This helps you identify top customers, analyze buying patterns, or track new sign-ups.

### Download CSV Button
A single-click export tool that includes:
- Customer names
- Emails
- Number of orders
- Total revenue
- Last purchase date
