# Bookings and Calendar

The Bookings and Calendar pages help sellers track scheduled sessions after buyers choose a time and check out.

## Booking statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Pending | The booking is waiting for payment or seller approval. |
| Accepted | The booking is confirmed. |
| Cancelled | The booking was cancelled. |
| Rejected | The seller rejected a pending booking. |
| No-show | The session passed and attendance was marked as missed. |

## What appears in the list

Each booking can include:

- Buyer or attendee name
- Buyer email or phone when collected
- Booking product or service title
- Start and end time
- Timezone
- Seat count or attendee count
- Status
- Location or access details
- Intake responses
- Linked order or purchase details

## Calendar view

Use the calendar to scan upcoming sessions by date. Webinars and appointments appear alongside other booking sessions so you can see scheduling conflicts more easily.

## Access details

Depending on the booking setup, access details can include a video link, phone number, address, or custom instructions. Keep those details current before the session starts.

## Reschedules and cancellations

If reschedule or cancellation actions are available to your account, use them from the booking record. When a booking is rescheduled, the old time is no longer the active appointment and the new time becomes the current session.

## Buyer view

Buyers can find their scheduled sessions under [Meetings](/managing-your-dashboard/meetings). If a buyer cannot find a session, ask them to confirm they are signed in with the same account used at checkout.
