Analytics
The Analytics section in the 3DIMLI Seller Dashboard is your control center for tracking sales performance, customer activity, and product success. It pulls live data from other areas like Orders & Inventory, My Products, and refund outcomes in Issuing Refunds.
It is designed to answer key questions:
- How much did I earn?
- Which products sell best?
- Who is buying my models?
- Are there any refunds or disputes?
- Who purchased my product recently?
By combining financial stats, product performance, and customer data, Analytics gives a complete overview of your 3DIMLI business health in one place.
Earnings Summary

- Total Revenue: the amount earned from all sales before fees.
- After Fees (Your Earnings): what you keep after platform fees.
- Fee Amount: how much was charged as service fees.
- Smart Insights: highlights like best sales day and total orders.
- Export CSV: download your earnings report with one click.
Performance Cards

- Total Orders: how many orders customers placed.
- Refunds: count of refund requests received or completed.
- Customers: total number of unique buyers.
- Total Products: products that are live, hidden, or pending approval.
- Your Purchases, Downloads, and Bookmarks: your personal activity on the platform.
Sales Overview Chart

- Revenue: how much money you earned each month.
- Sales: number of products sold over time.
- Refunds: money refunded to customers each month.
Use the chart to spot growth trends, identify best-selling periods, and compare refunds against total sales.
Top Selling Products

- Shows your best-performing products based on total sales and order count.
- Displayed details: product title and thumbnail, sales count, total revenue, and ratings (if applicable).
Recent Orders by Customers

- A live list of the latest purchases.
- Each entry shows: customer name or ID, product purchased, date and time, and order status (Completed / Pending / Refunded).
Refunds & Disputes

- Active disputes: pending refund or issue requests.
- Resolved cases: completed refund processes.
- No disputes: a green check when there are no active issues.
Why it matters: all financial and customer interactions are tracked transparently.
Customer Insights

- Shows your top customers, their total orders, revenue contribution, and last purchase date.
- Highlights loyal buyers and returning customers at a glance.
- Provides a quick preview and shortcut to the full Customer Insights page.
Why it matters: helps you understand buyer behavior quickly and focus on your most valuable customers.
Ratings & Reviews

- Displays your overall store rating and star distribution.
- Shows recent customer reviews with names, dates, and feedback.
- Gives a quick snapshot and easy access to the full Ratings & Reviews page.
Why it matters: helps you monitor product quality, identify issues, and build trust with new buyers.
Recent Purchases

- Lists the most recent items you purchased on 3DIMLI.
- Shows price, seller info, purchase date, and order status.
- Provides a quick view with a direct link to the complete Purchases page.
Why it matters: makes it easy to track bought assets, re-download files, and manage your order history.
Downloads

- Shows files you recently downloaded, along with product type and purchase date.
- Acts as a quick-access list for reopening your latest assets.
- Includes a shortcut to the full Downloads page for deeper access.
Why it matters: helps maintain workflow continuity and quickly retrieve your essential files.
Bookmarks

- Displays products you've saved for later with thumbnails, type, and seller details.
- Helps you revisit favorites and compare items you’re considering.
- Provides a direct link to view your full Bookmarks list.
Why it matters: serves as your personal wishlist for better planning and faster rediscovery.
