# Reports

Export your purchase data as CSV files for analysis, record-keeping, or integration with other tools. The Reports feature allows you to generate comprehensive transaction reports that can be opened in spreadsheet applications.

## Accessing Reports

The Reports tab within your Purchases section provides access to all your exportable data and previously generated reports.

1. Go to your **Purchases** page.
2. Click on the **Reports** tab.
3. View available reports and download options.

## Generating a CSV Report

To create a new purchase report:

1. Navigate to the **Reports** tab.
2. Select the date range for your report.
3. Choose which data fields to include (optional).
4. Click **Generate Report**.
5. Wait for the report to be processed.

Once the CSV is ready, it will appear in your Reports list for download.

## Downloading Your CSV

After a report is generated:

1. Find the report in your Reports list.
2. Check that the status shows **Ready**.
3. Click the **Download** button.
4. The CSV file will save to your device.

**Note**: Generated reports remain available for download for a limited time. Download promptly or regenerate if needed.

## What's Included in Reports

CSV reports typically contain:

- Order ID
- Purchase date and time
- Product name and Item ID
- Seller information
- Payment amount and currency
- Payment method
- Transaction ID
- Order status

## Using Your Reports

**Spreadsheet applications**: Open CSV files in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers for sorting, filtering, and analysis.

**Accounting software**: Import purchase data into QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting tools.

**Personal records**: Maintain offline backups of your transaction history.

**Business expense tracking**: Track and categorize purchases for expense reports.

## Report Troubleshooting

**Report stuck on processing?**

- Large date ranges may take longer to generate.
- Refresh the page after a few minutes.
- If still processing, try generating a smaller date range.

**CSV not opening correctly?**

- Ensure you're using a compatible spreadsheet application.
- Check that the file downloaded completely.
- Try opening with a text editor to verify the file isn't corrupted.

**Missing transactions in report?**

- Verify the date range includes the transactions you need.
- Check if filters are excluding certain order statuses.
- Contact support if transactions are still missing.
