# Download Receipt

Get official PDF receipts for any of your purchases on 3DIMLI. Receipts serve as proof of purchase and can be used for expense tracking, business records, or tax purposes.

## How to Download a Receipt

1. Navigate to your **Purchases** page.
2. Find the order for which you need a receipt.
3. Click on the order row to expand the details.
4. Locate the **Download Receipt** button.
5. Click to download the PDF file.

The receipt will be saved to your device's default download location.

## What's Included in the Receipt

Each receipt contains:

- **Order ID**: Unique identifier for the transaction.
- **Purchase Date**: When the order was placed.
- **Product Details**: Name, thumbnail, and item ID of purchased products.
- **Seller Information**: Name and contact email of the seller.
- **Payment Details**: Amount paid, currency, and payment method used.
- **Transaction ID**: PayPal or other payment processor reference number.

## Receipt Troubleshooting

**Receipt not downloading?**

- Check your internet connection and try again.
- Try using a different browser.
- Disable any download blockers or popup blockers.
- Clear your browser cache and retry.

**Receipt shows incorrect information?**

- Contact support with your Order ID.
- Provide details about what information is incorrect.
- Support will issue a corrected receipt if necessary.

**Need a receipt for an older purchase?**

- All receipts remain available indefinitely in your Purchases page.
- Use the search or filter options to locate older orders.
- Filter by date range to narrow down your search.

## Using Receipts for Business

If you're purchasing assets for business purposes:

- Receipts are formatted for professional use.
- Include all necessary transaction details for accounting.
- Can be submitted for expense reimbursement.
- Suitable for tax documentation in most jurisdictions.
