The Purchases page helps you keep track of everything you've bought on 3DIMLI. View order details, check payment info, track refund status, and re-download purchased files whenever needed.

This page makes it easy to:

- Review past purchases at a glance.
- Verify payments and transaction details.
- Revisit download links for previously bought products.
- Keep a record of your activity on 3DIMLI.

**Table view (key columns)**

| Field | Description |
|----------------------------|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
| Order ID | Unique code for each order. Click the arrow to expand full order details. |
| Transaction ID | Gateway transaction ID (PayPal, Stripe, or Razorpay) for the payment. |
| Purchased On | Exact date and time when the purchase was made. |
| Total Amount & Currency | Total amount paid along with the currency (usually USD). |
| Payment Method | Indicates which payment gateway was used (PayPal, Stripe, or Razorpay). |
| Status | Shows order status such as Completed, Refunded, Canceled, or Failed. |

**Expanded order details**

- Product name and thumbnail.
- Seller's name and email.
- Item ID for tracking.
- Download receipt as PDF.
- Total cost of the product.

This helps you see exactly what you purchased and from whom.

**Helpful tools**

- Search: find orders by Order ID, product name, or Item ID.
- Filters: filter by status (`Completed`, `Refunded`, `Canceled`, `Failed`) or by time (`Today`, `Last 7 days`, `Last 30 days`, `Last Year`, or a custom range).
- Pagination: browse pages when you have many purchases.
- Reports: access **exported CSV reports from the Purchases section** to download and review your order or purchase data.

**Troubleshooting**

- Missing download: check the `Downloads` page; if still unavailable, contact support with your Order ID.
- Refund status unclear: open the order and review the `Status` column; for payout policies see [Issuing Refunds](/getting-paid/issuing-refunds).
- Receipt not downloading: retry on a stable connection; if it persists, try another browser.
