# Meetings

The Meetings page shows booking sessions you purchased on 3DIMLI, such as appointments, webinars, consultations, and live classes.

You may see this page in the buyer dashboard, and sellers may also see it for booking products they purchased from other sellers.

## What appears here

Each meeting can show:

- Booking title
- Seller or host
- Date and time
- Timezone
- Status
- Access details when available
- Order or purchase reference

## Meeting statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Upcoming | The session is scheduled for a future time. |
| Past | The session time has passed. |
| Cancelled | The session was cancelled. |
| Pending | Payment or confirmation is still in progress. |

## Find access details

Open the meeting record to view the video link, phone number, address, or custom instructions provided by the seller. Some access details may only appear after the booking is confirmed.

If you reveal protected access details or attend the session, refund eligibility may change. Review the seller's booking description and the [Refund Policy](/refund-policy) before requesting a refund.

## Troubleshooting

| Issue | What to check |
| --- | --- |
| Meeting is missing | Confirm you are signed in with the same account used at checkout. |
| Status is pending | Payment or seller approval may still be processing. |
| Access details are not visible | The booking may not be confirmed yet, or the seller may need to update the session details. |
| Time looks wrong | Check the timezone shown on the meeting record. |
