The Downloads page is your quick route to all files you've purchased on 3DIMLI. It works like a personal library - no need to search through past orders to find assets again.

This page helps you:

- Get fast access to all purchased files.
- Re-download assets anytime without extra cost.
- Keep your digital purchases organized in one place.
- Access the latest version of products when sellers release updates.

**Table view (key columns)**

- **Product**: Product name and thumbnail to recognize the asset.
- **Type**: Category tag showing the type (e.g.,`Digital Products`, `3D Model`, `Graphics`, `Link`, `Audio`, `E-Book`, `Softwares`, `Videos`, or `Games`).
- **Licenses**: Shows how many licenses you purchased for this product.
- **Latest Purchase**: Date of your most recent purchase.
- **Version**: `Latest version` tag indicates you have access to the most up-to-date file.

**Expandable rows**

Each product row is collapsible. Click the arrow to expand and see:

- **Individual license entries**: Each license you purchased is listed separately (e.g., Editorial Use Only, Standard License, Commercial Redistribution, Creative Commons).
- **Purchase date per license**: When each license was bought.
- **Download button**: Blue button to download the file for that specific license.
- **Download History button**: Clock icon next to the Download button to view your download logs for that file.

**Browse tools**

- Search by name or ID to quickly locate files.
- Filter by type (3D Models, Graphics, Link, Audio, E-Books) and by date.
- Sort by Most recent, Oldest, or A-Z.
- Use pagination controls if you have a large collection.

**Troubleshooting**

- Download not starting: confirm you're signed in and try again on a stable connection.
- File missing: the product may have been unpublished or removed - check your [Purchases](/managing-your-dashboard/purchases) entry and contact support with the Order ID.
- Version looks different: the seller may have updated the product; downloads always pull the latest version.
