The **Email** tab lets you connect email providers to send seller and workflow emails from your own account.

This is helpful when you want better control over email delivery, sender identity, and customer communication.

## Available Email Integrations

The Email tab can include services such as:

- Resend
- SendGrid
- Gmail
- MailerLite
- AutoSend
- Loops

Each provider is useful for a different type of email workflow.

## Resend

Resend is recommended for sending referral and seller workflow emails through your own Resend account.

You will usually need:

- Sender email
- Resend API key

## SendGrid

SendGrid is useful for higher-volume email sending.

You will usually need:

- Sender email
- SendGrid API key

## Gmail

Gmail can be used for occasional referral emails from your connected Gmail account.

Gmail is convenient, but it may not be ideal for high-volume or repeated similar emails because anti-spam checks may apply.

For regular outreach or workflow emails, use a dedicated provider like Resend, SendGrid, AutoSend, or Loops.

## MailerLite

MailerLite can help sync customers to subscriber lists and trigger email automations from payment events.

You will usually need:

- Sender email
- MailerLite API key

## AutoSend

AutoSend can be used for automated transactional emails, such as payment, refund, and customer update emails.

You will usually need:

- Sender email
- AutoSend API key

## Loops

Loops can be used for transactional emails and customer communication events.

You will usually need:

- Sender email
- Loops API key

## How to Connect an Email Provider

To connect an email provider:

1. Go to **Dashboard**.
2. Open **Settings**.
3. Click **Integrations**.
4. Select the **Email** tab.
5. Choose the provider you want to connect.
6. Enter the sender email.
7. Add the required API key or connect your account.
8. Click **Connect** or **Save**.

## Choosing the Right Email Provider

Use this simple guide:

- Use **Gmail** for occasional emails.
- Use **Resend** for clean transactional and workflow emails.
- Use **SendGrid** for higher-volume email delivery.
- Use **MailerLite** for subscriber lists and email automations.
- Use **AutoSend** for transactional automation.
- Use **Loops** for event-based customer communication.

## Important Notes

- Keep your API keys private.
- Use a sender email that belongs to your business or store.
- Make sure your email provider account is active.
- If emails are not sending, check the API key and sender email first.
