The **Analytics** tab lets you connect tracking and analytics tools to your 3DIMLI store.

These integrations help you understand store traffic, product views, purchase events, campaigns, referrals, and customer activity.

## Available Analytics Integrations

The Analytics tab can include:

- Google Analytics 4
- Meta Pixel
- Segment
- DataFast
- Dub
- Customer.io

Use the tools that match your marketing and analytics workflow.

## Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 helps you track page views, product views, and purchase events in your GA4 property.

You will usually need:

- Measurement ID

## Meta Pixel

Meta Pixel helps you track page views, product views, and purchase events for Meta advertising and reporting.

You will usually need:

- Pixel ID

## Segment

Segment lets you send sale events to your downstream analytics and customer data tools.

You will usually need:

- Write Key

## DataFast

DataFast helps attribute revenue to visitors and marketing channels.

You will usually need:

- API Key

## Dub

Dub helps track sale conversions for campaigns, referrals, and partner attribution.

You will usually need:

- Dub API key

## Customer.io

Customer.io helps trigger customer journeys using sale events and customer attributes.

You will usually need:

- Site ID
- API key

## How to Connect an Analytics Tool

To connect an analytics provider:

1. Go to **Dashboard**.
2. Open **Settings**.
3. Click **Integrations**.
4. Select the **Analytics** tab.
5. Choose the analytics provider.
6. Add the required ID or API key.
7. Click **Save**.

## When to Use Analytics

Use analytics integrations when you want to:

- Track store visits
- Understand product views
- Measure purchase events
- Track campaign performance
- Improve marketing decisions
- Attribute sales to visitors or channels
- Send events to customer data tools

## Important Notes

- Only add tracking IDs from accounts you own or manage.
- Make sure your tracking setup follows your privacy and consent requirements.
- If tracking does not appear, check the ID or API key first.
- Some providers may take time before showing new events in their dashboard.

## Troubleshooting

If analytics data is not showing:

- Confirm the tracking ID or API key is correct.
- Check that the external provider account is active.
- Wait for the provider to process new events.
- Make sure the integration was saved correctly.
- Reset and save the integration again if needed.
