What Triggers Admin Review

Changes to certain fields in any product form can trigger an admin review. Use this guide to understand what does and does not initiate review, and the nuances that apply across product types. See, Quality & Review Process for more information on the Admin review process.

Verified Stores

Stores with a blue verified check Verified store badge are generally exempt from admin review. If your store is verified, edits listed under Triggers typically publish without admin intervention.

Important Things to Know

A few behind-the-scenes rules affect how reviews work. Don’t worry - you don’t need to remember everything, but this helps avoid surprises.

3DIMLI Triger Reviews Important Things To Know

  • If your product is already under review, any change you make (big or small) will send it back into the review queue again. You’ll also get a notification about it.

  • If your seller account is not yet approved, every edit you make will require admin review before it goes live.

  • If your store is verified by the 3DIMLI admin team, most product uploads and edits are approved automatically.
In this case, the system skips the review step internally, and your changes go live right away.

  • Changing only text formatting (like bold text, spacing, or line breaks) does not trigger a review. The system compares the actual text content, not how it looks.

  • Reordering images or files is safe.
A review is triggered only if you add, remove, or replace images or download links - not if you just change their order.

  • Changing availability dates (such as when a product becomes available or expires) may automatically publish, schedule, or unpublish your product based on timing - but this does not trigger admin review by itself.

Verified Stores (Blue Check)

Verified stores display a blue check mark on their profile/storefront like this: Verified store badge. Verification indicates trust earned over time by consistently completing product fields, submitting quality uploads, and receiving few review concerns from customers. For verified stores, uploads and most edits bypass admin review.

How to get verified

Verification helps build trust with buyers and increases your store’s visibility on 3DIMLI.

Eligibility & Review Process

Build a strong reputation: Complete your store profile accurately and consistently maintain high-quality product uploads.

Periodic admin review: Stores are reviewed periodically by the 3DIMLI admin team. Verification is granted at the admin’s discretion based on quality, compliance, and overall activity.

Requesting Verification: If you believe your store meets the verification standards, you may request a review by contacting us:

Note: Severe policy violations may still trigger review or enforcement actions even for verified stores.

tip

These rules apply to all product types. If you change any field listed under Triggers, expect an admin review before the change goes live, unless your store is verified (blue check).
