### How do refunds work?

Refunds are eligible when the product has **not been downloaded** and the request is **within 7 days** of purchase. Both conditions must be met. If the product has been downloaded, the automated refund button is unavailable: buyers should contact the seller directly for any issues. Sellers can manually issue refunds from the **Orders** tab in their dashboard. Refunds flow back to the buyer through the original payment gateway (PayPal, Stripe, or Razorpay).
